Description: Grand Central Terminal and The Chrysler Building - both pictured looking down 42nd Street headed towards Lexington Avenue - are two of THE most iconic landmarks in all of New York City. The history of each - the architecture - the people behind their creation make for more than fascinating reading - even the statue at the top of the Terminal - tells a tale of incredible artistic talent and the people dedicated to making Grand Central - well, quite simply - Grand! I was very lucky to have been there at THIS moment to capture it as it is shown - the lighting - the hustle and bustle of the traffic clogging 42nd St in front of the Grand Central - all reflect that special magic - that Je ne sais quoi - that makes New York City - unparalleled.

Description: This tee shirt - Erik speaking - all its elements - the image as you see it here laid out with the combination of elements of the rose and the Hellscape background I created for other tee shirts you see here - just came unbidden into my mind several days ago, and I KNEW I had to to do it. Then, the apropos copy had to be written, that wasn't maudlin but forthright; also I was NOT into it being incendiary, fomenting anger.  There's already far too much of that - with people actually celebrating Charlie's death. No. I wanted this, to the best of my humble abilities, to focus on my trying to express how I see, SAW Charlie and his work, his life and his purpose. The pièce de résistance, that good fortune - God? Was finding the Joubert quote.

Description: I made up this tee shirt after seeing an article by Michael Goodwin in the NY Post the other day (It's October 9, 2025) about how the NY Times was "Shamefully ignoring" the weaponization of the FBI and Jack Smith's complicity - in weaponizing the Justice Department. I have read that the thing tyrants and totalitarian governments hate MOST of all - is when people make jokes about them because? THE REASON jokes hit home and people remember them - is because they are usually, almost always, and absolutely, definitely in this case - based on truth that cannot be denied by those who wish to tell us lies - subjugate us, make us bend to their wills and essentially pretend, deny that? "The Emperor has no clothes." Isn't true.

Description: This image is based upon an original photograph of mine which I took looking up Fifth Avenue towards the Empire State Building. Then? I decided that if it was to "work" with the caption I had in mind "Hell is a City, Much like New York" that I needed to alter my nice, regular picture a little bit! Description: Felix The Cat is an original charcoal drawing that my late wife, Alex, drew about 20 or so years ago. Felix was the closest to a dog cat I have ever known and through this image - and the ability of Alex to capture a pet's heart and soul - you can know him - even today! Hear him say? JUST NOT TODAY tee shirt utilizes one of the most iconic images of the 20th Century - the image of Uncle Sam that was on the recruiting posters for World War One - The War to End All Wars - as it was called and supposed to be. Sadly, as we all know that was not exactly true. The image is without doubt powerful and riveting in its ability to focus one on whatever the subject it was related to. In this case, our Tees4UAndMe.com usage of it the idea is to make fun of the fact that all of us at one point or another were told - by someone with a stern look on their face to "Grow up"! But our feeling was, because we were having fun felt - even if we didn't say - "I am, but just not today"

Description: Our RAGING CHICKEN at Tees4UAndMe.com is a many and fine feather friend to all who aspire to have as beautiful a body as does he and so he - from time to time - goes to gyms and helps the bodybuilders work on their physiques - especially in that area that most neglect - their calves - their lower bodies - their legs. MOST have manly chests and arms and backs but alas!!! More than many have skinning legs that make them look like pyramids walking upside down. But that is the problem that RAGING CHICKEN - as you can well see here is helping solve for the world - one set of legs at a time!

Able to fly through the air with the greatest of ease - flitting here and there in the air - high above or low to the ground - desperately seeking the nectar to be found in flowers here, there, and anywhere they may be found. BUT, BUT there is one area of failing. When it comes to competing with a turkey, a chicken or a duck - they just don't measure up - size wise because? The problem with hummingbirds is that it takes too many to make a good meal.

Description: This tee shirt shares with you an original painting by Hawa a fine art artist who immigrated to America about 20 years ago and depicts a little boy missing his mother. Africa, sadly, has many little boys and girls who, given the war torn nature of the Continent, grow up missing their mothers and their fathers. Hawa knows first hand - from her own country experiencing war - how harsh, and horrible the impact is - especially on the smallest, the weakest, the most fragile of us all - the children. This painting symbolizes the longing all children have for what should be every child's right and due.

Description: This design is a combination of an original photograph of mine, Erik speaking, and the background thanks to the marvels of Adobe Photoshop Generative AI's gift to artists. Compositions of this nature - not counting the efforts needed to take the pictures involved, process them to the point of usability for artistic purposes and inclusion in something like this - takes for each one around 3 to 5 hours, but they are labors of love and the end results? Well, I know I like them! And I hope that you do as well.

Description: THE DERRING DUO is a REAL photograph taken of "REAL" subjects that someone - affixed to the light pole and? As I was walking up 3rd Avenue in NYC? I looked up by chance, and what did my little eye spy but the two of them staring down at me. SO what's a fella ta do but take a picture because - it's not every day you see a sight like the two of them - THE DERRING DUO - looking down at you - preparing for their next mission - rescuing fair damsels and fetching lads in distress; whose virtue is in dire danger of compromise by untoward forces. Is it now?

Description: This is another cartoon by my late wife, Alex, who always had a way with both her drawings and sense of humor when it came to getting even a complex point across. The Moral Woman's conflict and her actions - and how they all come together - are what make this cartoon fun - and telling of a truth that hardly can be spoken these days without someone getting "exercised" and going into "high dungeon", trigger mode.

Description: My late wife, Alex, was an artist who did wonderful pet portraits - see Felix the Cat here on the site and cartoons. She had a weight problem that she fought throughout her life, until her passing in 1994 due to MS. One of the ways she found to cope with, deal with that difficult facet of her own life was to have fun with her cartoons depicting the plight of being a "big girl"!  This is one of my favorite of all of her cartoons along those lines. I hope you get a good laugh out it because THAT was the single and only motivation that brought it into being. Alex didn't have a mean bone in her body and would never try to make fun of anyone - but she did see humor in many things! It's important we be able to laugh at ourselves.

Description: Two Men Talking was one of the cartoons of my late wife, Alex. (Erik speaking). Together we created a number of images people found amusing that you will see here getting their day in the sun again. Each of Alex's cartoons speaks truth to powerful notions and ideas - albeit with a bit of tongue in cheek. I hope you enjoy them, and they bring a smile to your face.

Description: This was a drawing - cartoon - drawn by my late wife, Alex. She also did the Two Men Talking tees you see here, as well as the Out of Control Top Panty Hose one; along with the charcoal drawing of Felix the Cat. Alex was the instigation for how I got into representing fine art painters, creating my own brand of art as well as this website - with the help of my young partner, Jeffrey. These drawings were done well over 30 years ago by her - but even today - haven't lost their "punch" to make people laugh and inspire good feelings. Not a too shabby epitaph - to leave behind - making people happy even when you are gone. I think you may agree.
